Worked out on the alter-g today to take some workload off my hip. I first heated, stretched and got some DMS and then I did 5.52 miles on the treadmill. My hamstring is still sore, but trying to work it out. Then I did a full strength routine which was good and is listed below.
Treadmill: 5.52 miles (35:44)
-Planks x 2 (30 seconds each) total: 5 min.
-Hip Routine (Right & Left)
-Lunges (2 lengths) with small bar
-Biceps (10/8/6) with/(15lb/20lb/20lb)
-Shoulder raises with 5lb each hand (3x10)
-Triceps (20lb - 10/8/6)
-Bench with dumb bells (10/8/6) w/(25lb/25lb/35lb) each hand
-50 push-ups
-100 crunches
