Comments:
Did 2 and 2/3 of all sets of ankle weights after run, and it felt hard. There was actually significant pain a few hours after run, the ankle weights might have stressed the knees. However, the pain was an overall ache of knee joint, not surprising for the stress it received. There was not a focused area of pain, and it was not the pain from patellar tendinitis I had felt before; that pain was under the knee cap specifically.
Did core and much more stretching than normal, stretched quads and hamstrings 4-5 times total, other muscles 1-2 times. Did core, and foam roller.
