Horseheads Dual Meet

19 PR in the 3k! I started off with running the 4x8 (I almost passed the horseheads boy team, that was fun:) ) then I ran the 400 which was kinda poopy, but then I ran the 3k and I PR'd by a lot! I feel like if I had been in a race where we were actually racing I could've gone even faster, but I'm happy with my time :) then immediately after my 3k I had to run a 4x4 which hurt a whole lot, but I ran 4 seconds faster than everyone else so that was pretty cool that I was able to do that. Maybe that means ill actually be able to kick on friday
