Weather: 75 and sunny
Comments:
Did not plan on running fast but then got into run and it naturally happened. Was using music today so that helped. After a few miles started to get tired and legs were dead in the last 1.5 miles. Breathing was ok but definitely felt tired. First mile in 7:25 and the rest were 6:25-6:45 pace.
