Q2 morning track workout

Weather: calm and nice temp. Great running weather

Comments:
1.5M warm-up and cool-down (11 min)

3x3200m @T-pace(83) w/ 2 minute rest (no jog). Splits of 10:58.5 (5:29, 5:29), 10:52.8 (5:24, 5:28), 10:51.6 (5:27, 5:24). Felt really good. Could have run 5:30 pace all day. legs felt pretty good and had more energy than expected. Seems like they hurt more the slower I'm moving... very pleased with workout. I was the one pushing the pace, Mike and jon were keeping it close to target pace.
