XCFH Crew '12-'13 <3

it was the last day of the XCFH crew for this year even though ill be seeing most of them and living with them in a few weeks again and next year, i wouldnt be seeing Ben anymore. didnt even reallize this day was coming up since i was so focused on my school work/finals. it just kind of all hit me last night and i like... shit. had to say goodbye to him this morning and it was hard. i always get all sentimental and shit and i literally didnt really know what to say. we been thru a lot together and all of that is just beyond putting into words i guess.

it was also the last lift with Drew as my training partner. I used to like lifting alone. but thats all changed in the past 2 months. Training with him has made everything better and more enjoyable. its gonna suck without having a partner to lift with this summer since toby will mostly be doing different workouts.


Deadlifts - 1x12 with 135lbs, 1x10 with 185lbs, 2x10 with 225lbs, and 1x5 with 245lbs. I felt like i was trying to exaggerate the hip drive/thrust more on the 225lbs, but felt some shit in my left glute. I think my back sometimes rounds out a bit. i should be careful with that. 245, def cuold have done more than 5 reps, but whtaever. it was hard to pull up, reminded me of Matt Ogus.

5x12 with 90lbs hamstring curls. took it easy on this today since its been less than a whole week since the last workout for hammies.

Calf raise fail. the delta bar was tough to hold and hurt my hands. so just went with the 45lb dumbbells. did 5 sets til burn.

Lower back did not approve of me sitting in a car for so long when heading home after deadlifting. its actually not feeling too sore today surprisingly
