Back to Lifetime Fitness, Syosset.

3x10 dumbbell shoulder press with 50lbs, the 4th set i did a 8-3 dropset to 35lbs. was expecting to be able to do a bit better but thats ok.

laterals - 30lbs for 3x8. tough to keep good form for this one since 5lbs is a big jump for this exercise.
3x10 with 25lbs, then dropset of 25-20. thne a NOS set 25-20-15-10-7.5-5

rear delt flyes superset with reverse pec dec.
4x12 with 22.5 for RD flys and sets of 8 with 55lbs, last set was a double drop.

Traps. shrugs superset with cable pulls. 5x20 with 55lbs and 12 reps with 42.5lbs. shrugs were annoying as shit. the polyurethane covering on the dumbbells kept on pulling on my shorts and headphoen wires. any solutions for this, Ben?
Saw a bro teaching his fellow bro how to do liek 8 bicep exerciese. no legs will ever be trained by those 2 dudes

Overhead press. i probably just suck at this now since i did dumbbell presses to start. did some sets with like 65, 55, and jsut the bar.

front raises superset with mid height cable face pulls. 5 by 10/12. last set dropset for cables.

went to the lateral machine delt raises and did 3 sets there 70 then 50 lbs then dropset.
