Hill Repeats on WP hill

Weather: Mid 80s and humid

Comments:
Brutal weather and workout. Did 10xWP hill. I was hurting after 4 reps, and absolutely dead after 7. Felt overheated. But I told myself I wouldn't give up and hung in there despite the incredible pain. First rep was 1:26, but the rest were 1:20-1:23 pace, which equates to 5:20-5:32 mile pace. Slightly slower than my pace in this workout two weeks ago but I'm sure weather had a lot to do with that.
