Comments:
4x8 - went out in 60. felt a tad fast. started passing people on the first curve and backstretch. kirk love followed me and outkicked me because I felt like I had nothing the last 100. legs hurt..couldn't turn over
1600 - 70 70 70 66. was supposed to go out a tad easy, which I did, but then make the 2nd half a lot faster. thought I switched gears a couple different times in the 2nd half but apparently I didn't. got outkicked again and I felt like I had nothing because my legs hurt the more I tried to kick
4x4 - felt pretty good actually. passed some kids the last 100. was wearing trainers but it was the fastest I felt the whole day.
