Comments:
9:30 am and my o/b run in Rock Creek was still shady. Stretched legs before and didn't get too much complaint from them. R Shin a little sore and L knee slightly tight, but overall good feeling for my longest run since the Cherry Blossom. Didn't quite hit my goal for the week (30-35), but didn't have to walk home at all either. Push. Still only like 8 minute pace, but these runs are about building the leg strength to sustain pace training later...
