Diet hasnt been the greatest currently since Mom cooks fat meats and loads of carbs and insufficient protein. Ill just enjoy the good tasting food now while i can. packing on the pounds real easily now since i haven't been running. Itching to get back in the gym tomorrow. planned out my diet for once i get back to cleveland in a few weeks.


Diet: 4000 calories a day until at least 35 miles a week
50/30/20 Macro split – 90g fat, 300g protein, 500g carbs

Meal 1: Mass gainer – 1 cup of oats + 2 scoops of whey, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Meal 2: 24 raw almonds, 0.5 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Meal 3: 4oz chicken and 3.5oz of pasta

Meal 4: 4oz chicken and 3.5oz of pasta

Meal 5: Chef Boyardee: 99% fat free beef ravioli
(360 calories)

Meal 6: 4oz chicken and 2 cups of rice (cooked)

Meal 8: Protein soufflé – 1 scoop of Dymatize + 0.5 cup of Kirkland egg whites + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 0.5 cup of cottage cheese, 24 raw almonds, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
