Comments:
I'v decided that since I'm in the 800 on thursday I mights as well auto in that, run a fast 2 mile at sectionals, and then run the 80 at state qs. Running 2 :57 lows in a row doesn't seem that hard on paper.
400 reps today. 1 mile threshold before, 8x100 walking after. Ran like 67s the whole time. It was 45 out and had a wind on the straightaway. Ridiculous for May.
