Wonderland Lake Loop

Made it through a 5 mile run OK with a few stops at intersections. First 2 or so miles were gradual uphill and I definitely felt some discomfort in my right ankle from a climbing fall 3 weeks ago. It seems like running will help strengthen it and help it recover better. Last 3 miles were flat and downhill which was nice, but my legs definitely need to get stronger. Felt pretty spent afterwards. I may try to start running in the A.M. to beat the heat since it probably won't get much cooler than 75-80 degrees for the daily high temp.
