Group track workout

Comments:
Hopped in the Coastal Athletic track workout today. They were doing 1 minute easy, 90 seconds hard (tempo type pace or a little faster) x7, then a timed mile afterwards. I barely warmed up, but the tempoing went well. Not sure of my pace but maybe 5:20s? We had about 3 minutes rest then did a mile, I ran 4:41. After the mile I did another harder tempo run like we did before, 2 minutes hard and 1 minute easy for 15 minutes. I ran faster this time. By the end of it I was pretty beat but it was a good tired. I'm guessing about 7 miles total.
