1.75M warm-up, 1M cool-down

4x1M repeats @ Ipace (5:04-08) w/ 3:30-4 min recovery. (5:09, 5:05, 5:08, 5:12). Felt ok but the wind made it really tough. Was pretty tired. Was my turn to lead out the last one so I just tried to get through the windy section as fast as last time and then the wheels fell off a little and I staggered home. Overall a good day.
