Comments:
4x400 - ran each one in goal 2 mile pace. got a few mins inbetween each(until our heart rates went back to sub-20); felt fine on the lungs and legs didn't really start feeling bothered until the last one or the 2nd to last one

4x200 - fast but relaxed. legs felt fine during them and i felt pretty fast. felt easy while doing it but when i finished was breathing kind of hard. feeling faster than i have been the last few weeks
