Comments:
5x1200m w/ 3 min rest. Quarters were about 80 seconds. Started to hurt at the end of the 4th one and the 5th one I was just hanging on to the guy leading me through. Chris is good and I'm glad I had him to drag me along. Ankle felt great today, but the hip was a little tight still.
