Weather: light rain/mist, a little muggy
Comments:
Weather was actually pretty good. Did 1.5M warm-up, 1.25 cool-down.
40 minute tempo run with target pace at 5:30. ran 7.25 in 40:04. tried to get there in 40 but didn't want to sprint the last few laps. Splits were 5:34, 5:31, 5:32, 5:31, 5:32, 5:33, 5:30, 81. I led every mile except the 1st and 3rd. Mike dropped back at 2.5M because he tried to grab his electro bottle but missed and had to stop and pick it up. It was good for me to be in front, I like it better. Good workout to remind me how long an uncomfortable a half is going to be.
