Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out for my "long run" on my own. I started a bit quick, but slowed down when I hit the slopes of Forest Hills. After a bit I was feeling pretty dehydrated, but not exhausted. All in all, not a bad run. I really need to start running in the morning though.
