Comments:
Today I ran 9 miles and the first 6 felt good but then my legs began to feel tight so I stopped and stretched and I felt a lot better, I then ran the last 3 and even though I was tired it felt good to finish. my time was 1.09.17. I did the core routine, 3 min of abs, 3x30 leg lifts and 50 arm swings w/ the 10lb weights.
