didnt want to

Weather: ironically perfect; sunny with a cool breeze, tshirt and 3/4

Comments:
mostly for myself its alot: went to sleeping beauty after work with the intentions of doing some repeats up it. decided I wanted to explore do a road to see if it was the one with the waterfall... it was, sat in it, it was cold but refreshing, baptismal. had run down to get to it. my garmin was dead, my cell was dead, it was a sign I swear, left the car at 2:57 though. started to run back up. didnt want to. walked a chunk.ran again, went up pilot knob I think, mostly hiked it because there were alot of trees down and it was slippery and rocky, fell twice, saw a salamander. wasnt going to sit at the top. stupid. did. listened to pocket full of sunshine, ironic. postcard perfect view. ran down, fell, cut my arm. ran out again. got back to the car at 5:17. I think it was important I did it; it wasnt fun, I didnt have a good time, and I didnt want to do it despite being pumped to on the way there, as soon as I got moving I wanted to not be.
my hips were sore from the lift yesterday, not in a I-need-to-take-time-off-and-go-to-PT but in a havent done it in a while way. i think its ok, but i noticed them. mostly exhausted. worked at 430am all week and couldnt sleep anyways. might do something real about that this weekend, I'm tired.
