Ran around home. Kept shirt on cuz of sunburn from yesterday so i was pretty hot. At first legs felt like crap, but after a mile and a half or so they started feeling better. First mile was 7 40s and the next few after that were 7 00s. Felt pretty good throughout. When i finished, i did some leg swings and my legs were really tired/heavy. Did 3 strides and some HOH
