Comments:
Ran the 4x800, anchored with an easy 2:02 to get the win. Then came the open 800, my groin was bothering me and let it get to me and the first lap I just wasn't in it at all and just did what I had to do to get 4th during the 2nd lap. Pretty disappointed.
