Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went to the Y and swam a ton. 500 Yard warmup, 50 meters x 10 hard at 1:30 intervals. Steve compared them to rolling 200s and I think that's a good analogy. Then a super long cooldown - 2000 yards total on the day.
