Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Did 500 yard warm up, then 5 X 200's with 100 freestyle, 25 back, 50 free, then 25 back. Then Did 100 easy, then 4 X 100's with one 25 all out which changed place during each interval. Did 100 back, 100 kicking, 200 pool run, then 200 cool down. Around 2,600 yards total. Felt Tiring
