Comments:
muggy out, but nice trail run. again, no pain during the run, which was awesome, though the top of my right shin's developing shin splints, so gotta ice that also (as well as my right calf/ankle). lifts for 30 min afterwards.
if anyone is stalking my log, i'm getting new XC spikes and could use some tips.
