First run back, fat be gone!

ok so the first 3 minutes i was like, this aint so bad. and then i was like damn, im panting.
but overall it wasnt too bad. i didnt really even need to stop. only to change the song on my ipod and once cuz i had like a bug bite on my calf. i was going relatively slow, high 7s i think. jsut took it easy. it was also a fasted run so just keep it low intensity to be in the optimal fat burning zone. if that theory is true. later on when im in my cut ill probably add some bcaas beforehand.

my lower quads were kind of sore, like near the tear drop area. and left knee felt a little funny, nothing to be concerned about since it hasnt been used for awhile.
