BACK IN DA GYMMMM! longest weekend ever i hate off days lol.
Used 2 scoops of Cellucor C4. Its good. Mixability is superb. didnt really even have to stir at all. Fruit punch tastes good, blows NO-Xplode fruit punch outta the water. After taste was a little weird, my mouth felt smokey, tasted like a firecracker went off or i lit some matches inside my mouth or something. but it was cool, cuz it's called C4 after all.
I shit you not i started to feel the beta-alanine tingle like 5-10 minutes after taking it. and felt it kick in for real 20minutes after.
I was so ready to go but it was a buzzkill cuz they didnt let me take a guest in so i had to drive my buddy back home and that delayed things for awhile and i no longer felt the tingle by the time i started my cardio warm up. ugh.

Aimed for 4x6 with 80lbs for dumbbell press. mustered all the strength and concentration i could and busted them out. only failed to get the very last rep, got the dumbbells like half way up but couldnt push anymore. good improvement, extra set and less rest compared to last week. stopped the watch at 2:20 this time. the last rep i kinda wanted to yell AHHHHHHHHHHHH and then slam the weights down and yell FUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKKKK like Marc Lobliner did when he DB pressed with JR Barthel. but there were so many people there i didnt wanna get judged hard lol.
Took a pair of 20lb dumbbells to the bench press. Using the same superset theory as I discovered last week, did 10 flys and immediately benched. did 135 for 8 reps but apparently i was so fatigued had to lower the weight. next set was 10 flys followed by 12 reps of 115lbs with 8-4 rest pause. this was real effective, definitely felt my pecs doing more work.

Curls. hit 3x8 with 75lbs actually with no rest pause! never had to set the bar on the ground to complete a set. then did a 75-55 dropset hit like 5 reps then 7. Repped out with 55 next set for like 10ish then rest pause 5 more. Ulna was not hurting as much but still felt it.

I was planning to do incline bench press but i had no spotter so i just went to the incline machine. did 2x10 with 70, then had to drop weight to like 55 for the next 3 sets. idk why but just didnt feel as strong on this particular exercise before. probably cuz i did 6 sets of presses earlier. decline presses, did 5x10 with 70lbs, which is less than usual too, last set was a 70-45 drop. managed 10 reps each. probably meant that i coulda done more weight to begin with. oh well. i took less rest today at least.


Onto hammer curls. Did alternating 35lbs today. these were sigificantly easier than the single set of 35lbs i did last week. possibly cuz i didnt kill it as hard on barbell curls and also i improved and also i did alternating, instead of single arm concentration curling. managed 3x8 with this. then switched to 30lbs and did one arm at a time for 2x10. restpaused for both sets but still fine. then a set of 12 with 22.5. just keep going with the 35lbs until i can do 1 arm concentration.

i wanted to superset the pec dec with seated chest press but the latter was occupied so i did one at a time. pec dec was set to 85lbs, and i took short breaks, no more than a minute, 4 sets of 12. maybe i shoulda just superset it with push ups. oh well.
chest press machine. 10 reps with 110, then 10 with 100, then i think still 100, then 100-70-50 dropset. didnt feel the chest all that great on this.

incline seated alternating curls. 3x12 with 20lbs, felt an awesome burn on these. good shit.
