Weather: hot, hot and hotter

Comments:
plan was 3x1M @Ipace (5:04) w/ 3:30 rest + 2x800m @Ipace (2:32) w/2:00 rest.

1.75M warm-up, 1M cool-down
2x1M (5:04.5, 5:06.6), 2x800m (2:34.6, 2:30.1). Did about 1200m worth of jogging in between reps. The heat was a major factor and we can to cut the 3rd mile rep. it would have been 5+ seconds slower and the 800m would have been slower also. Overall it was a good workout, just pretty short. Feeling pretty depleted and tired from it.
