dont know what happened on the warm up, I guess I didnt start my watch or something but I ran to the Y and did a perimeter so I'm estimating

Felt good doing this. haven't done something hard in a bit, didn't get that feeling before I started like last time. pacing was alright, not as impressive as last time but felt smooth.
