Comments:
1M warm-up, 4M cool-down.
Workout was 50 min @ half marathon pace (5:25-5:30). I sucked big time. Only did 40 min since my last 1.5M was 6+min/mile and I was working really hard. Legs had no energy. even the first mile was slow (5:36) and it felt like a sprint. Got about 7M or so, not sure exactly how far. Overall, the worst workout I have had in a long time...
