Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4x8 - went 2nd. had a couple kids to run down, and after i did i was all alone. legs didn't hurt during the whole race and especially when i went to kick so that was good.
1600 - got out fine but then apparently slowed down quite a bit the 2nd lap and then picked it back up the last 2. didnt feel exhausted when i finished so i think that means i could have run faster
800 - got out slow. 61 maybe but then just chased kids down adn had a good kick the last 100.
4x4 - had peeps to run with. basically chasing. went harder than normal the first 200 and still had a great kick at the end.
legs were a tad tired/hurtful for most of the day but by the time i started racing they felt as good as new.
