felt sorta like I didn't wanna bike today, just got in that mood where like I should be running so I was angry but whaaaaaatever

did morning flow yoga & core (as always) and body circuit, just didn't do any of the jumping stuff on account of my foot (aka burpees which sucks because they are the best)
