Comments:
Since my run did not work out so well yesterday, I decided that I would take another attempt today. My run went pretty well. I started at like 6:15 kilometer pace and finished at 5:00 km pace. Don't worry, I was not pushing myself too hard. I then did some weight training, df, foot drills and all that stuff.
