Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My run went well. I did 1.75. No shin pain. I'm hoping that this is a positive step as I countinue to imporve my mileage. I went to the gym and did weights machines afterwords. I plan to run 2 on friday and again saturday. This will be the first time I run back to back.
