A Rough Run

Well I knew it was coming. This running bliss couldn't last much longer. No my shins did't hurt. I didn't have any other major pain either. Mentally was where the problem was. I had to push hard not to stop, and to keep running. I havent felt that way in ages. It sucked. Other aerobic excersises didn't keep me in as good shape as I hoped. I feel like a begineer again and it sucks. On the other hand I'm happy I got to do 2 miles. For the first little bit of my run my legs didn't feel good not my shins but just in general. I though I might have to stop, but I gave my legs a chance and they prevailed.
