finally made myself skate ski, something that I was pretty hesitant to do. but I had to sooner or later so today was the day.my shoulder was doing its usual thing for the first 15 minutes or so but we worked it out. A little over an hour into it, my hip was feeling sore but not strained. also, on Tuesday I saw some people getting ready and warming up for the trail series and decided that I need get into a race again and early to prove to myself that I can. so I've signed up for one on the 8th. here we go saints...
