Boom. went to Lifetime since veale doesnt open on the weekends. basically the difference between lifetime beachwood and lifetime syosset is that all the black people you see in the one here would be asian at the one back home.
set up 275lbs on the deadlift after warming up. this was rough. after the first set i was like, maybe i can't do 5 sets of this. then I thought, quit being a little bish. took 3min break for the first 3 sets. managed all 5 sets of 5 reps each.
left shin started bleeding right from the start. and there was blood on the bar, on my hands and on my shoe. im not cleaning it off. its a badge of honor.
5 sets of like 100lbs hamstring curls and 5x15 with 170lbs on calf raises. so much vertical loading...
so the difference between fatigue on legs, back and deadlifting days is this. Leg days just put so much force on ur body, and basically the workout take ur body's battery levels from 100% to 0% by the end of the workout. and then somehow you can't recharge ur energy levels the rest of the day and u jsut spend the rest of the day feeling really tired.
Back days take u from 100% battery levels to like 15%, and keeps u there for an extended period of time, so it feels like a slow painful death. and then later on you go from 15% gradually to 0%.
Deadlifts take u from 100% to negative battery levels by the end of your sets. then when u get home all u can do is crash because your nervous system has shut down from firing so damn hard. its like a laptop that automatically hibernates because battery levels are too low. thats what happens to u.
