Took the last two days of May off, tired from work, hamstrings hurt and wanted to start the month of June fresh! I felt light on my toes and breathing seemed easier than usual, maybe because of the rain! I feel like I was going faster than I really was. I wasn't going to run because of the rain but it was just a sprinkle and I am glad I did. Got to start the first of the month off on the right foot!
