Nighttime (again)

Comments:
If I can get into a routine of morning runs, then I can break this habit of doing all my runs at night. This was another nighttime run around my neighborhood. Just a quickie to get in mileage and speed.

Also, I played lots of street hockey today. The cross-training train rolls on. It kills the lower back, though.
