Sunday Long Run

Weather: Cool (63) Sunny and a slight southeastern breeze

Comments:
I tried to go out slow and in control. Both ankles were tight at first but loosened up in about 1.5 miles. Felt good for the majority of it. Should of had some more water in my but not bad. Left knee bothered me some, and the bottom of my foot was tight. I hope I'm not developing planters faciatitis. Was dead at the end and felt like I was pushing a little hard. I'm glad I got it in and didn't weenie out.
