Exercise Type: Run

Hot today, but held up well considering. Same R for V route as last week. Just went on feel at an easy pace. Just before I finished I thought I would be happy if I finished around 1:24. It was surprising to see a pretty fast time, but I feel like I am in pretty good shape right now. Definitely work to do to get down around 2:45 in late Sept.
