Comments:
Well safe to say I kinda screwed myself over on this one. My legs felt like absolute death the entire day, so I knew regardless I'd be hurting, but I made it harder on myself by running right after eating depot. Started cramping from the steaktip sub like a mile in and just endured 7ish miles of pain. On the other hand I could tell I was running really slow and felt comfortable (ish) at that pace given all thats happening.
