This week:
5-6 runs for a total of 25-30 miles.
I need to get in the little runs when I don't have time for big runs. Taking extra days off is no longer an option. Should push the pace when I feel good even just for short snatches.

Week of June 10:
5-6 runs for a total of 30 miles.
I should have either a long run or a tempo run at some point this week.

Week of June 17:
In CA. 5-6 runs for a total of 30 miles.
Get over the hump by doing some good quality runs and don't get lazy on vacation.

Week of June 24:
returning from CA. 5-6 runs for a total of 30-35 miles. Definitely need a long run and don't be adverse to a second run occasionally as I adapt to the short STA runs.
