Comments:
throughout the day my legs felt crappy. just heavy/tired and painful in my hammies. as soon as i started warming up for the 4x8 though i felt fineeeee.

4x8 - seemed to run pretty evenly. felt fine. when i went to sprint at the end i had some decent speed but a little pain in them

1600 - went out in 63 211 i think so probably slowed down in the 3rd lap. was catching vanderkooi and passed him with 100 to go and sprinted good but he just did bettter

3200 - went out slow. 4 50 or so. didnt really feel too bad. took the lead with 800 to go and picked up the pace a bit; in the last lap hershea took the lead and we hauled but with a 64 and i won babyyy!
