1st long run on tow path

Weather: sunny, slight breeze

Comments:
felt fine during the first half of the run. There was a slight breeze so that made the sunny weather bearable. First 5.1 milese was in 31 minutes (6:04 pace) On the way back, did the same 5.1 in 30:37 (6 flat pace) even though the last mile was very very slow. First time I really hit a wall. Definitely sped up too much when I turned around. Probably split around 5:45ish for the 4 miles prior to the last mile. Other than feeling dehydrated towards the end, felt very strong and the shins didn't hurt at all today. Took the last 1.5 miles as a cooldown.
