Noticed that my breathing was a little more labored than in previous swims, but this is probably due to my run prior to the swim. I still felt great, and I can feel the improvements in my breathing.

Pretty easy day. Did some drills and some breathing swim exercises. Most of what I did was freestyle. A small bit was pull and kick.
