Comments:
Did a tempo run at South's track. 800 splits were 2:42, 2:39, 2:39, 2:39, 2:38, 2:39, 2:37, 2:37. Felt really good during this run. A lot more comfortable than last week. Closed the last mile in 5:14 and felt comfortable. Was breathing hard but didn't labor at all.
