Exercise Type: Run

This run went about as well as I could've hoped. Drank Sunday night and only ate 3 eggs and two pieces of toast way earlier in the day, so I didn't exactly eat healthy food. The run was slow but I'm not concerned about that at all. Just wanted to make sure I could easily run 8 and it was nice and easy. My legs had a lot more to give but I decided to just take it easy. Also, I felt really light, which could just be because I barely ate or I might've lost weight. I'll have to weigh myself. Happy to be back in training.
