Comments:
The last week or so I didn't have much of a chance to workout since we were moving (which is a great workout in itself!). Today I did a modified Angie since I didn't have access to a pull-up bar.
For time:
100x KB Swings 50#
100x Push-ups
100x Sit-ups
100x Squats
Did a few dumbbell exercises at the end (curls,presses,cleans). I'm hoping to hit up the gym later this week and the climbing ropes too!
